Business Owl - Spotting Energy Efficiency Opportunities

Using a range of geographic, building, and energy information, this project will identify potential energy saving actions for businesses and provide targeted advice using national schemes, local expertise networks, and existing in situ examples. Environmental support groups and community users will also be able to add data to help engage and support businesses.

A Sense of Place

This project will use existing historic and cultural land use data in rural areas of Britain to create a sense of place to inform on sustainable planning opportunities. It will allow affordable housing development on contentious area of 'green-belt' where incomers and second home owners have driven the housing market beyond the reach of locals.
