How can we enable people in Britain to live in better places?

Planning watch

To take planning decisions on residential proposals on plots of land as well as planning inspectorate decisions, to create metrics that developers can use to get a "first look" view of where they're likely to have trouble getting planning permissions. This will be more valuable to SMEs who are not doing this every day, and as a tool for pro-housing campaigners in local areas
