WEEE regulation does not go far enough. We propose a scheme that calls together a coalition of manufacturers to retrieve more value from the products they create by recovering them, disassembling and sorting them into the material components and passing them onto someone who can reprocess the parts. Starting with Kyocera (http://www.kyocera.co.uk/) the project aims for an industry-wide reduction in the environmental impact ...more »

Companies to identify their "sphere of impact" on OS maps

Companies, especially larger ones, often identify "spheres of influence" on maps to identify the area from which they draw customers. Yet businesses KNOW the best routes to take to them and could easily guide customers or partners to their premises if these routes could be easily shared. Nautoguide ...more »

Recycling Hubs

One man’s trash is another man’s treasure – the unseen value in waste. This idea promotes the recycling or the re-use of any unwanted items between local businesses.
