It involve understanding the local area prices, what risks are associated with a piece of land, what is the planning history of a site, what is the site boundary and who owns it.

Much of the information is in the public domain but requires knowledge of where to look and how to interpret it, often using software or paying for it. We propose to bring all of the information into one place in a system that is simple to understand and fast to access.
